Our Strategy

The strategy of Giang Chau in the coming period is to create an end-to- end shrimp value chains that put Vietnam on the map as a top quality shrimp supplier. Giang Chau focuses on creating shrimp products with unique values to create distinct competitive advantages that o other competitors can not have.


Our development strategy in 2019 and in the coming years:

  • Continue to innovate procedures and technologies to optimize production and sales to increase the gross profit margin to 9% – 10%.
  • Catch new markets, expand the market to Russia and China, especially, China is expected to become one of the key markets in the future.
  • Capture market shares from other shrimp producing countries, as well as gain market shares from other domestic shrimp producers.
  • Increase processing and business capabilities, strengthen and control quality and efficiency through the Supply Chain.
  • Connecting the value chains of shrimp cooperation shrimp and connect responsibly in every lines of Tung Loan in order to create the benefated value that others competitors can not have.
  • The criteria of the responsible value chain model is that every unit in each production line will have responsibility for works and products made by themselves. Since then, create the most responsible value chain and the best quality products.
  • End-to-end Value chain.
  • No further expansion of the farming area, but only make the most of the existing shrimp farming areas with the technology of intercropping with tilapia as well as Biofloc technology to limit EMS as well as shrimp diseases.
  • Strongly implement Tung Loan’s sustainable shrimp supply chain to provide high quality shrimp for processing to export.
  • Increase market shares in traditional markets through deeper access and product diversification.
  • Establish a high-quality and disease-free hatchery.
  • Set up a distribution system in the international market along with clean food stores, seafood restaurant chains, fast seafood stores chains in the domestic as well as international markets.
